Well, I think the person or persons sending are using an existing database of whois who for domain names record. And, based on that they are targeting the leads. We know lot of investors actively look for domains as well as sell them through outbound and inbound leads. They not only send emails for outbound leads but also to buy a certain domain name using the principle of buying low. And, to sell it later at a high price.
