Quarter 4 report of 2019 from Verisign is still not available at its website. But, as per domain name stats link there are 416 million domains in existence. That may change with the upcoming deletes.

But, it’s safe to say that the internet domain names from 2010 to today has doubled. During the last ten years most of the businesses gone online.
